This policy explains what Lockout Rescue Dispatch LLC collects when you request a locksmith, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

We collect only what a technician needs to find you and complete the job, plus what a payment processor needs to authorize a card.

  • Your name, mobile number, and the service address you enter.
  • Vehicle year, make, model, and color for car lockouts; property type and entry point for house lockouts.
  • Any locating notes you type, including a GPS pin if you choose to add one.
  • Payment card data, entered into fields hosted by our payment gateway (NMI) and tokenized before it reaches us.
  • Standard server logs: IP address, user agent, and the pages you requested.

How we use it

Your request is transmitted to the independent locksmith contractor assigned to your job so they can reach you and complete the work. We also use your mobile number to text arrival updates and your email, if provided, to send a receipt.

We use aggregated, de-identified job data to measure arrival times by metro. That reporting never identifies individual customers.

Card data

Lockout Rescue Dispatch LLC does not store full card numbers. Card entry happens in fields hosted by our gateway and we retain only a transaction reference and the last four digits for reconciliation and refunds.

Who we share with

The assigned locksmith contractor, our payment gateway, our SMS provider, and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your lockout details with advertising networks.

Retention

Job records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and dispute-resolution requirements. Locating notes and GPS pins are purged 30 days after the job closes.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to end SMS updates. Email dispatch@lockoutrescue.com to request a copy or deletion of your data. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and Texas, have additional rights to access, correct, delete, and appeal, which we honor for all customers regardless of state.
